Florida Chef Set For Downtown Watertable

IN THE NEWS: The Baltimore Sun's Elizabeth Large gives three and a half stars to Pazo (1425 Aliceanna St., Baltimore) and previews the new Watertable restaurant in the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel downtown, which opened July 26 after a six-month, $3 million renovation. The new executive chef, Dean James Max, created 3030 Ocean Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Max will move back and forth between his restaurants, while the day-to-day operation will be overseen by chef de cuisine Garrett Gooch, previously of a California Ritz-Carlton. ...
